Open the flip cover and assemble the food chute and the blade. Place your desired food to cut in the food chute and press the handle. To clean, disassemble the blade. Use water to rinse.

Great product. So much safer than a regular mandolin. Really like the dial for the thickness of the slices.
Purchased because my mother had a mandolin injury years ago trying to cut sweet potatoes. If you’ve tried to cut sweet potatoes you know they are super hard. This thing is so easy to use. Read the directions about using the dials. Takes a little force to start it off but then goes smoothly. My 86 yr ild mother can use it easily. We don’t have to waste money on frozen french fries any longer.
The first thing you do with a standard mandolin is cut yourself. Not this one, it's SAFE. No more slicing fingers! And it creates nice size French fries, julienne (whatever that is), not just slices. I love this thing. It's so well designed everything fits into place perfectly. Finally a mandolin that works safely.
Buy this! You will wish you had it forever ago. I think this thing might even do secret ninja stuff at night while you sleep! For real though! And if you chop your finger off with this thing, your some kinda special. It keeps your little phalanges safe and away from the blade. Plus it does different types of slices and thicknesses. I'm not quite sure if you're still reading why you got this far. You should have already bought it
