These night lights are super easy to install and they work great. They put out just the right amount of light and only stay on when it is dark. To install, just remove the outlet cover, pop these on, and tighten the screw. The instructions say to shut off the power, but let's just say that I only had to do that on one of the outlets because the house's receptacle was improperly installed. For most outlets, it literally takes less than a minute to change these out.
These seem to be just as good as the name brand product that costs about eight times as much. Really, this is one of the best purchases I have made in a while!
Extremely easy to install, these covers have been a game changer for a fairly dangerous hallway. Living in a custom apartment above a barn is very special. I had younger children when we moved in and was always concerned about them falling down the stairs in the middle of the night. The steepness degree is higher and they are very long. Night lights never worked for me because I have. Greyhound sized dogs and either they’d get mucked up from the dogs or, this is the real reason, I’d forget to turn them on. I don’t know how these know what time it is but they do and they are great.
I love the easy installation. Really, less than 3 minutes. Can you replace an outlet wall plate? It’s that easy. Great sensor, it doesn’t error (so far). When the room gets dark it comes on. I like the light illuminating the floor instead of just a light in the room. I have trouble seeing the floor at night. This did the trick!
